Three new members have joined Parks’ award-winning LCT Team real estate group, Realtors Michelle Chrest and Amy Pappas as well as Andrea Skaggs, as Transactions Coordinator.

The Franklin-based real estate group, headed by Lisa Culp Taylor, specializes in residential real estate in Williamson County as well as Middle Tennessee and recently celebrated its second anniversary.

“We’ve grown so much as a team and continue to expand as the market remains vibrant and extremely busy.  I’m excited to have three great additions to our group which will help us better serve our clients in buying and selling,” Lisa said.

Meet Michelle Chrest – LCT Team – Parks Realtor

Michelle Chrest, of Franklin, originally earned her real estate license while employed by the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers in Savannah, Georgia.  She quickly rose to be a top new home sales agent before moving to Middle Tennessee in 2004 and joining the Westhaven real estate sales team. With over two decades of experience and ABR, GRI and SFR designations, Michelle is diligent about making the buying and selling process as easy and stress-free as possible – streamlining the process is one of her continuous goals.

Michelle has lived in the Nashville area since the early 2000s, making her comfortable with the area and a great choice for newcomers. Her passion for people and their needs is what makes her an essential part of the team. She has a strong background in new construction and has worked with many families relocating to the area.

Meet Amy Pappas – LCT Team – Parks Realtor

A Williamson County resident for the past 25 years, Realtor Amy Pappas grew up in Brentwood where she graduated from Brentwood High and later earned a master’s degree in psychology from MTSU.  Her extensive education in psychology provides her with many helpful tools in guiding buyers and sellers through one of life’s biggest transitional times.

Andrea Skaggs joins the LCT Team as Transactions Coordinator. With a passion for serving others, Andrea is always searching for ways to make clients feel comfortable and cared for. As the transaction coordinator, she knows it’s important for her clients to feel at ease when taking these steps; she makes sure they understand the ins and outs of the process. I initially thought real estate was just about selling houses, but it’s about so much more. It’s about helping people and is a true way to serve.
