Fall has finally arrived and I couldn’t be happier! I broke out my sweaters and boots, ordered a venti pumpkin spice latte and lit my favorite fall candle! The leaves are starting to turn and there’s pumpkins and hay bales and corn stalks galore. Fall in Williamson County is pretty much perfection. With a nip in the air, you can spend all day browsing and shopping along Main Street in Franklin, or eating alfresco on your favorite restaurant’s patio in Brentwood. And, for a few more days, you can enjoy the 2017 Parade of Homes in one of Brentwood’s newest neighborhoods, Witherspoon! Witherspoon is located just south of Crockett Road between the Somerset and Raintree Forest subdivisions. When finished, it will include 153 luxury home sites on 263 acres. Right now, six custom built homes are completed and open for the Parade of Homes. One of those homes was built by my friends at Legend Homes and I’m so happy and excited for them!
Ya’ll… feast your eyes on this home. It’s no wonder that Legend Homes was awarded the 2017 Parade of Homes Best of Show and Best Front Elevation awards for this beauty. I mean, this home is packed with luxury goodness from start to finish. I don’t want to give too much away because I really, REALLY do want you to attend the Parade of Homes, but just to entice you a teensy bit more… This 6,914 square foot home features 5 bedrooms, 5 full and 2 half baths and a 3-car garage and more design upgrades than one little blog post can handle!
The 2017 Pinnacle Parade of Homes is going on from now until Sunday, October 22nd from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day. Click here for details. Tickets are $15 for adults. Seniors and military personnel are admitted for $12 per person and children under 12 are free! Just google “2017 Pinnacle Parade of Homes” and your trusty GPS should take you right to the gates of Witherspoon. Besides the Legend Home, there are five more homes from five other custom builders available to tour. What better way to enjoy the gorgeous fall weather than touring a beautiful new community with some absolutely stunning homes!
