Lisa found a passion for construction and development while working for area builders and developers, such as The Jones Co. and Southern Land Co. She quickly rose within the organization to an executive level. As the original salesperson at the prestigious community LaurelBrooke (Franklin, TN), she helped communicate the developers’ vision of the community to both buyers and builders. The ability to communicate this vision was instrumental in strong early sales and the overall success of the neighborhood. Proving her adaptability, she also worked extensively during the preliminary design, concept and approval of their nationally noted community Westhaven.
