Tips For Preparing Your Home For Sale
1. Meet with a professional Realtor to evaluate areas for home improvement.
2. Concentrate on curb appeal from cleaning gutters and painting trim to new lighting and a perhaps update your mailbox.
3. Remove clutter throughout your home. Do this once and then repeat!
4. Organize and minimize closet items. Repeat this as well.
5. Neutralize your color palette. If you’ve made a commitment to color or pattern in a room, consider painting a pleasant, on-trend gray.
6. Eliminate bad odors. Invite a friend into your home to evaluate any bad odors and then get to the source.
